Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As with all electrical items we cannot take it back other than for manufacturer's warranty.
Circuit boards are non-returnable: Circuit boards are not "plug and play - they will require correct component voltage set-up and dipswitch configuration. Please follow the wiring schematics on the back side of the spa pack cover. Do not buy a circuit board based on appearance, as many boards look the same and manufacturers can change board appearance.
Control panels, Topsides, Keypads, Pumps are non-returnable. No exceptions. Please ensure that you order the correct model circuit board before placing your order.
Products that have been installed, such as circuit boards, topsides, control panels and keypads, and anything that has been altered or used, cannot be returned. Please ensure that you have the correct part before carrying out the installation. Control systems and circuit boards are not designed for simple plug-and-play. They will need to be set up with the correct component voltage and spa configuration.
Items must be in original condition to be returned, including parts and cleanliness.
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or any custom made item.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Covers
We take great pride in providing high-quality custom covers for your spa or hot tub. However, due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales of custom covers are final.
Once you have placed your order for a custom cover, it cannot be canceled or modified. We begin manufacturing your cover immediately after receiving your order, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We understand that errors may occur in the ordering process, and we strive to ensure that your custom cover is produced accurately and to your specifications. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the production of your custom cover, please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order, and we will work with you to address the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
